NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the Village of Eagle on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed. Each office is for a two (2) year term beginning April 20, 2010.
Village Trustees:

•  Roger Couch
• Mike Rice
• Thomas Thomas

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the first day to circulate nomination papers is Tuesday, December 1, 2009 and the final day for filing is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2010. All candidates are required to file a Declaration of Candidacy and a Campaign Registration Statement with the Village Clerk. All nomination papers must be filed with the Clerk before the deadline. If an incumbent is not seeking re-election, he/she must file a Notice of Non-Candidacy with the Village Clerk no later than Monday, December 28, 2009.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010.
